Since 1989, we have operated a sister firm, Phoenix International, and were engaged in the transfer of technology. This included an association with a Russian federal agency Licensintorg (www.licenz.ru), involving representation of over 30 technologies managed by Licensintorg. These diverse technologies included method of manufacturing of champagne and sherry, Russian bread, chicken de-boning machine, a fuel additive, and others. Phoenix international was also engaged to transfer 150 technologies from over 50 research institutes on the territory of the former USSR. Currently, Phoenix International is patent holder of a number of technologies, and is in the process of finding interested licensees. In addition we are engaged with an affiliated agency of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce for selling a number of technologies in the USA.
